We opened Natural Health Organic Foods in 1996 because of our personal commitment to healthy eating.  At that time, there were few products available without having to drive some distance to grocery shop.  We realized that we couldn’t possibly be the only ones frustrated with the lack of healthy options in our community.  We took a giant leap of faith and opened Cape’s first natural food store.
